- 1 - 1 1/2 lbs. of diced goat meat

- 4 cloves of garlic or equivalent in minced garlic

- 1 8 oz. can stewed tomatoes
- 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 2 table spoons of chopped or sliced ginger
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms (optional)
- add cayenne to taste (optional)
- parsley flakes (optional)
- curry powder (optional)
