Lemon Ice Box Pie

 

Ingredients:

 

Graham cracker crust

2 eggs separated

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice

cool whip (optional)

 

Cooking Instructions:

 

1. Beat egg yolks & lemon juice

2. Add milk

3. Beat egg whites and fold into the mixture

4. Pour into graham cracker crust

5. Chill well before serving

6. Top with cool whip (optional)
